School of Seven Bells
Prepare to be wowed by Brooklyn trio School of Seven Bells whose first full-length CD, Alpinisms, is set for release on October 28. Their smooth dance-beats, Benjamin Curtis's guitars, and the breathy, entwining vocals of sisters Alejandra and Claudia Deheza have sweetly seduced most of the music-blog world with the pre-release of the single "Connjur" from that album.
Fans of Blonde Redhead, Psapp, and Metric will have their hearts stolen as quickly as victims of one of the seven pickpockets of the legendary school from which SVIIB takes its name.
