Young Galaxy New Release
Montreal outfit Young Galaxy released their self-titled debut full-length CD on April 24 on the Arts and Crafts label. 
We were lucky to see them last fall ( concert review, photos ) at one of their very first performances, opening for label-mates the Dears. I have been waiting since then to get my hands on "Wailing Wall," which stood out for me in the performance but was not included on their earlier EP, which we bought at the show.
If you like Stars and other ambient blends of male-female vocals, there will be a lot to like on this CD. Young Galaxy are touring again, and since they were quite impressive when we saw them, they can only be better now. Check the tour schedule here or at their MySpace site.
