It's time again to roll out the Christmas songs, and there are some we love and some we can't stand. Anyone who has worked retail through this season, as Indie Mom has, has a long list in the second category.

Here is an MP3 that I am not sure actually IS a Christmas song, even though the word is in the title. I don't exactly know what the French group Envelopes had in mind with this strange little tune, but I like it. You might think those weird noises are too silly, but wait through the first 2 1/2 minutes. At that point, the song stops being bizarre and takes off in a totally different, electronic direction, and that's where I really start to like it!

This pink theme also gives me the opportunity to post my absolutely most favorite Shins song AND possibly my most favorite ever Weezer song from my favorite Weezer CD. "Pink Ghosts" by the Acorn fits in well too.
