Amplive and Haunts: Dance to the Recession

Oh, this is timely. I was watching Jack Cafferty on CNN the other day when I was on the treadmill at my gym, which is the only time I watch TV. He said something like, "The Republicans keep saying Obama will spend too much money. What money? There IS no money. Bush spent it all."
So true. You want more of the same? Vote for the "old guy," as Paris Hilton called him. I never thought I'd be seriously quoting Paris Hilton, but I guess politics does make strange bedfellows.
What could we have done with the money we've spent on the war in Eye-rac? For one, we could have sent every person in high school today through college and thereby increased our global competitiveness. Check out other things we might have done that would have benefitted you and people you know.
In this song, AmpLive remixes a Tapes N Tapes song from their debut album, Walk It Off. By the way, Amplive urge you to VOTE. Vote early if you can; I am. Don't think you have enough information? It's all on the Interwebs. Find it!

This next excellent song comes from Banks and Alex of Haunts from London. Their futuristic electronica/dance track goes really well with the Amplive remix, and the lyrics, "it doesn't make sense" are very appropriate for our economic turmoil. The last eight years don't make sense either. Let's start making sense out of this country.
