Eerie New EP

PSST. Hey, you. Yeah, you! Come over here. Look. You want some free music? Yeah, really! No, there's no gimmick. It didn't fall off a truck, I swear. The guy is giving it away. Yes, it's good! I really mean it. You read about somebody being the next Elliott Smith, but this time it's believable.
Eerie is mostly Eric Obo, a secretive kind of guy who lives in Gothenburg, Sweden, a few months a year and in the Jersey, Channel Islands, the rest of the time. He and a few close friends have created some really beautiful music and made it available for the rest of us to enjoy.
This year Eerie has releasead two EPs of sweet, sad, soft, lovely shoegaze of drum machines, reverbs, and electric guitar that can be downloaded at Komakino Records. The latest is called May In Winter, and according to Eerie's MySpace page, more will be coming. There is already a nice one called "Use Your Desillusion." See if this little taste doesn't make you want more. It's ALL this good.
